第4篇 刀具磨床工岗位安全职责

⑴加工零件前应首先检查机床部分运转是否正常、砂轮是否装好安全罩,并开动吸尘设备。

⑵更换新砂轮时要仔细检查砂轮是否有裂纹(可用木棒轻轻敲打砂轮,无破裂声时主方可装上使用)。

⑶装紧砂轮法兰盘使其不松动。法兰盘之间应垫有软垫片,使法兰盘受力均匀。

⑷砂轮装上安全罩后应空转2——3分钟,检查砂轮运转是否正常(运转时人应站在旁边不得面对砂轮)。

⑸用较薄砂轮进行侧面磨削时,应轻轻进刀,以免砂轮破裂飞击伤人。
