职位描述:

duties and responsibilities:

•responsible for scoping, defining, managing, and leading the implementation of small to mid-scale programs from discovery to launch through creative development, production and e_ecution.

•this position oversees the development, collaboration, management, and launch of design and content, including: in-store campaigns, eb campaigns, edms and social media. seek the synergy and consistency over the campaign.

•acts as one of the main contacts between internal teams to ensure that projects are well defined and completed on time, on budget and that the work meets stakeholder e_pectations.

•works closely with design, marketing, retail, eb, vm, merchant (and brand teams) and vendor partners from conception to e_ecution to ensure project success.

•duties include: obtaining stakeholder input and approval, coordination of timelines and aggregation of assets.

•develops accurate and detailed project plans to ensure that all critical tasks are identified for a variety of projects.

•effectively assigns delegates, coordinates and monitors the work of design members, regularly make recommendations to project lead on how to improve a project.

•understands advertising, ecommerce and marketing practices, time management, budget monitoring, and the entire lifecycle of a project.

•is familiar with print production processes and current industry best practices and standards for production of print and event materials. (handles production management and sourcing.)

•understands the creative and production process and supports collaboration across all departments.

•develops and maintains project schedules, project status reporting and tracking.

1. review all inquiry related documents ( draft contract, specification and quality targets )

2. draw up quality concept for compiling quotation (incl. capacity planning, timing schedule, gauge budget planning and eolt concept.)
