1、本科以上学历,理工类专业,bachelor degree;
2、8年以上电子制造工艺工作经验(有管理经验优先), 熟悉pcba、smt制程工艺流程;at least 8 years work e_perience in manufacturing process-engineering field,familiar with pcba /smt process;
3、精通组装、插件工艺,能独立解决生产现场的工艺异常工作经验strong process engineering capability, good understanding of assemble,mi,mass production can run smoothly;
