apqp质量工程师岗位职责

r&r for the position:

- support purchasing to do the site assessment for the new suppliers or new sites.

- support program developing through following up suppliers apqp process and to make sure the products can be launched flawlessly on time.

education:

- bachelor or above degree in engineer or related field

required skills and e_perience:

- at least 5 years working e_periences with manufacturing and quality and 3 years in automotive industry. 1 year e_periences with supplier management.

- at least 5 year’s display industry e_perience including process engineer/ quality engineer

the idea candidate needs to have two years working e_perience in the front end process of display such as tft array/ panel design， glass deposition process etc. plus the several years working in assembly process

- understand the key elements of iatf 16949.

- fully understand aiag technical manuals (apqp&cp，fmea， msa， spc， ppap) - good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools such as 8d， 5 whys， si_ sigma， etc.

- e_cellent communication skills both internally and e_ternally.

- good english speaking and writing， can communicate through e-mail and conference call as well

- good at microsoft office applications using.

- capable and willing to lead supplier to do the improvement.

- able to lead cross functional problem solving team. - open mind to communicate.
