1. make aware staff members of new quality requirements and ensure they are enforced;

2. maintain metrics (kpis) and utilize the same to drive continuous improvement

3. create an environment built that ensure integration of quality as part of everyday behavior;

4. evaluate, develop and deliver training as they relate to quality (8d analysis etc)

5. write procedures as needed to provide quality guidelines for workshop staff;

6. write procedures and develop standards for performing inspections as needed and in coordination with logistics work with suppliers to receive products with zero defects;

7. coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory agencies as needed;

8. investigate customer complaints and assist team to carry out root cause analysis, follow through to ensure implementation of corrective measures and provide feedback to customers in a timely manner;

9. implement environmental, health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with relevant legislation and statutory standards such as occupational health and safety, safe work etc;

10. implement programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, environmental requirements etc;

11. inspect organization facilities to detect e_isting or potential accident and health and environmental hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented;

12. provide information, signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety and environmental hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions;

13. lead the investigation of accidents and injuries and compile and submits accident reports as required by regulatory agencies;

14. maintain hse metrics and key indicators to provide visibility towards achieving zero accidents and continuous improvement;

15. comply with the companys security policy, security strategy and the relevant standard operation procedures to ensure the security of the company’s properties (information, technologies and products). also report to his or her department heads on any incidents or situations against company’s security policy, security strategy and/or the relevant standard operation procedures

任职要求:

1. knowledge of quality and hse standards;

2. knowledge of lean-sigma processes; if certified ( green/blackbelt – si_ sigma is a plus);

3. e_perience with audits (auditor/auditee) specifically around iso certifications

4. prefer 2-years e_perience in a qhse related position;

5. any continuous improvement/process engineering work e_perience will be plus

6. self motivated and independent

7. possess e_cellent relational and interpersonal skills in order to communicate clearly and efficiently at all levels within the organization and e_ternally with regulatory agencies

8. methodical with a penchant for detail
