4. 环境整理：维持工作区域的整洁和安全，清除可能影响生产的障碍物，遵守5s（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养）原则。

5. 初始质量控制：在生产开始前，执行初步的质量检查，确保原料和设备符合质量标准。

1. 作业文件准备：熟悉并准备好相关的作业指导书、工艺规程等文件，确保生产过程遵循既定规范。

- prepare and analyze production data esp. capacity, cycle times downtimes, setup times and scrap, etc

- continuously keep production data update and optimization with support from technology and feedback from shop floor

- create and change of production boms

- issuing / preparation of production drawings

- make allocation (boms, routings and drawings)

- make the planning and improvement the work place and work procedure

- make the preparation of new work centers/ machine

- constantly contact with controlling, production, engineer, sfc, designer and master planning team

- necessary kpis tracking and analysis from segment side - make the preparation of production routings
