bd (office leasing) manager our client is the leading premium serviced office provider in asia pacific, which focuses on serviced office. current having over 90 centres in 24 cities, and founded in 1994, it operates in china and whole asia area, like colombo and sydney.

you will be responsible for negotiating serviced office lease agreements with all types of clients, in our grade a building locations. formulate creative business development and sales strategies to drive occupancy and raise brand awareness. efficiently handle the entire sales process from lead generation to deal-closing. maintain good relations with real estate agents and industry professionals. build rapport with trade associations and chambers of commerce. you need to have a global way of thinking and local way of acting.

ideally, hope you have a bachelor degree at least, solid sales and marketing e_perience, real estate e_perience and leasing e_perience is preferred. have high quality service spirit, and identify lu_ury branding image. have e_cellent bilingual ability in both english and mandarin. you will be versatile, fle_ible, adapt quickly to change. e_cellent presentation skill is a must.
