研发质量保证工程师工作描述:

1.主导完成新产品项目实施过程的质量保证工作

2.负责制订、更新及优化公司各类成品通用标准以及包材通用标准编制指南,提交审批,并及时在 pdm 系统上发布

3.负责公司成品和包材类检验方法的建立,优化、验证、转移、培训,并且及时在 pdm 系统上发布

1) 项目研发进程的跟踪,及时提出质量相关要求;

2) 研发原始记录的审核,批生产记录的发放、收回及审核;

研发质量经理 responsibilities:

• select, manage and develop the quality team deploying the companies goals into the quality organization.

• conduct periodic performance reviews of the quality team members, ensuring appropriate, frank and objective feedback to each quality team member.

• provides e_pertise in the areas of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, design controls, risk management, and statistical techniques.

• ensure compliance to regulations and corporate policies and procedures during the npd/ npi processes.

• deploy the organization’s quality strategies and objectives within the organization.

• manages (directly or through subordinates) quality engineering support activities for multiple new product development programs. ensures appropriate quality representation on product development teams. help to develop the tools and techniques of quality assurance for engineering, acts as advisor and mentor to 1st tier supplier.

• supports quality engineering activities to improve customer satisfaction and successful achievement of company quality objectives.

• manages the timeliness and robustness of the “quality work packages” during the npd/ npi activities.
