工作内容】:

1. 国际酒店的平面布局方案设计及内部施工图深化设计;

2. 对国际酒店设计方的深化图纸进行审核校对，配合项目经理完成现场施工与设计方案的协调及落实;

3.工程建设过程中，负责施工质量、进度和安全的跟踪指导;

4. 酒店品牌更新、升级设计的全程参与及跟进;

5. 与空间设计配合进行酒店新产品的研发和设计的全程参与及跟进;

6. 持续性的对现有酒店的设计进行更新及改进;

【任职资格】:

1、本科以上学历，室内设计专业、工程类或相关专业。

2、有良好的工装方案设计基础，从事过酒店设计者优先;

3、有给排水、暖通方面专业知识和施工图经验，熟悉水系统配置，消防泵选型等工作优先;

4、工作计划性强、执行力强、有责任心;

5、沟通协调能力较好，能熟练操作cad、3d、ps等制图软件。

6、有一定的英语基础。

[qualifications]:
