5、具备网络问题的独立分析思路，能够独立进行问题解决，可完成常见的网络问题解决;

6、工作积极主动认真负责、有责任心、善于沟通、具有良好的团队协作能力和服务意识;

7、具有华为hcip&hcie相关认证、熟悉华为产品者优先考虑;

8、具有华为sdn项目主导交付实施经验者优先考虑;
