工程项目电气监理工程师的岗位职责

(1)对总监理工程师负责,按合同文件要求负责电气、设备、安装等工程的监理工作 ;

(2)参与编写项目监理规划,负责编制本专业的监理实施细则;

(3)熟悉合同条款及规范、设计图纸,在施工过程中对质量进度进行全面控制 , 对施工中出现的问题,按合同文件要求,提出处理意见;

(4)审查承包人提出的工程进度计划和施工组织计划,提出审查意见供总监理工程师审批时参考,并对计划的执行情况进行检查和监督;

(5)负责本专业分项工程验收及隐蔽工程验收,检查电气、设备工程的放样及承包人对测量标志的保护措施;

(6)审查施工图纸,必要时对需要纠正的地方提出处理意见并报总监理工程师审查;

(7)审查承包人提出的施工图、竣工图及变更设计图,并报告总监理工程师,必要时转报业主,以便作出变更设计的安排;

(8)审查承包人的分项工程施工方案,提出是否同意开工的意见,报总监理工程师审批,要经常深入工地,详细检查施工的各部位环节,批准或不批准承包人的检验申请,对承包人施工中存在的问题应建议总监理工程师签发工作指令或监理通知单;

(9)审定工程计量、配合合同计量工程师审查承包人支付月报 ,经总监理工程师审核后上报业主;

(10)填写监理日记并审 l 涌现场监理人员的监理日记;

(11)同合同计量工程师一起提出有关索赔、延期及变更问题的处理意见,并报总监理工程师;

(12)与道路工程师沟通,协调电气、设备安装与道路工程的施工,检查预埋件的布置和埋设;

(13)办理总监理工程师交办的其它工作。
