1、 负责对区域医院或其它大型公建节能改造、ibms系统或能源管理系统的技术支持工作;

2、 负责建筑节能、或ibms系统、能源管理系统相关技术前期调研、重大客户及项目的业务咨询及技术推广工作。

3、 负责区域项目投标、述标及技术交流谈判工作;

任职要求:

1、 暖通、建环、热能动力等专业,要求具有大学本科及以上学历,具有专业中高级职称或硕士及以上学历者优先;

2、 3年以上暖通空调或机电设备技术支持、能源审计、节能方案制订或能源管理系统、ibms等方面的工作经验,其中具有节能改造合同能源管理行业经验者优先;

3、 技术方面的技能要求:

(1)熟悉暖通空调系统及其节能诊断相关技术,熟悉能源管理或ibms系统,具备综合管理经验和高度责任心;

(2)能提供与用户直接的技术交流和市场推广,有良好的沟通和表达能力;

(3)熟悉节能改造项目实施流程;

(4)熟悉工程建设及招投标流程,具有跨专业技术管理经验。

4、 熟练使用一种建筑能耗模拟分析工具、cad以及各种办公软件。

- provide highest level of customer support through close partnership with customer and account personnel
