1-organize and collect the tooling maintenance records

2-create 2d /3d drawing for the part of tooling and fi_ture which need to repair/modify and send out for making.

3-verify the part when return， debug and monitor the status in using.

4-create the 2d/3d for the fi_tures of all the programs not only for current but also for new program.

5-monitor and trace the fi_ture making process to ensure the timing being controlled

6-test and debug the fi_ture and communicate with supplier to get problems fi_ed.

7-design check fi_ture/gauges and debug them with quality department.

8-organize the standard part list for the tooling and fi_tures. register these parts in erp and apply for purchasing for maintenance team.

9-doing e_tra engineering test not only for custom made fi_ture but also for test itself and create report to submit.

10- other some tasks .

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，

2、 会solidworkks/ug/catia软件，有从事过塑料产品设计或自动化工作优先；

3、2年以上相关工作经验；

4、较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力；

5、身体健康、有静业精神，能承受工作压力；

6、良好的团队合作和协调能力，较好的与人沟通能。

职责描述:

1、负责协助上级完成新产品的设计与研发，对已有产品进行改进;

2、参与产品投入生产前的技术文件、各种形式试验文件、产品设计、图纸等文件的起草、修改、校对与整理工作;
