qualifications

- skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution.

- e_perience working the design of new processes and documenting improvements and the ability to direct implementation activities.

- proven work e_perience as a workplace officer, esp had e_perience of construction

- solid knowledge of office procedures/methodology, and it products

- e_perience with office management software like ms office (ms e_cel and ms ppt, specifically)

- strong organization skills with a problem-solving and service-oriented attitude

- e_cellent written and verbal communication skills, chinese, english

- attention to detail, honest,

- a team player, good humor is a plus
