1.负责事业部工艺质量管理工作，参加事业部生产调度会，落实生产调度令。

2.根据施工计划制定施工图纸、工艺文件的输出计划，并组织实施；监控工作过程，解决工作中的问题，纠正输出计划实施中的偏差。

3.负责或协调技术中心制定重点修理项目的工艺方案，指导关键、特殊工序的落实执行；参与技改计划并协调落实，对生产提供有效技术支持。

4.审核工程质量控制计划、措施，并组织落实；审核工程质量报告。

5.深入施工现场了解施工过程，及时处理现场出现的技术工艺问题；协助机电主管实施验船师、船东代表的技术意见和建议；组织处理质量投诉和质量事故。

6.负责有关技术规范、标准等资料的跟踪收集和管理。

7.参加对施工单位的质量考评。

职位要求：

1.25-35岁，大专及以上学历，轮机、管系船舶与海洋工程等相关专业。

2.三年及以上船舶行业相关专业技术质量管理经验。

3.具有较高的专业知识水平和较强的实际应用能力、产品质量管理水平，能进行相关工程设计、工艺方案制定和现场技术指导、质量检验。英语听、说、读、写流利，文字表达能力强。

1.确保汽车产品冲压及焊接质量,对本车间出现的质量问题进行及时的处理,制定相应的整改预防措施,并监督和跟踪整改预防措施的落实情况;

2.根据生产计划,做好生产过程中原材料的跟催,对完不成任务的班组及时分析原因,找出完不成任务的主要影响因素,并积极采取对策协商、沟通解决;

3.积极推行车间现场“6s”管理,做到现场物放有序、通道畅通、标志清晰、卫生洁净、无杂物、无积水、无油污,为员工创造一个环境洁净优雅的工作环境;

4.贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标,加强对车间原材料使用的控制,确保在提高产量、保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本;

5.深入贯彻公司的安全生产制度,加强本车间员工的安全教育,定期召开安全会议,定期对车间进行安全隐患排查,确保安全文明生产;

任职资格:

1、年龄要求:28岁以上

2、专业学历要求:机械、汽车、冲压焊接技术,车间生产管理或者相关专业,本科以上学历

3、职称、职业资格要求:大专

4、工作经验要求:5年同类岗位经验,3年以上客车行业车身焊接车间管理工作经验,曾担任助理职位为佳; 熟悉冲焊车间的运作及业务流程

5、其他技能要求:了解汽车覆盖件冲压成型技术、车身焊接制造的相关知识;熟悉冲压生产工艺、车身焊接生产工艺和流程;了解冲焊装车间生产管理、冲焊技术、冲焊设备、安全生产等方面的专业知识;熟练运用word、e_cel办公软件及掌握catia、auto-cad制图软件。
