3.负责来料、制程、成品品质标准、检验规格的制订与执行,监督指导iqc、ipqc、qa的工作。

4.负责公司品质异常的处理,配合销售部对客户投诉和退货进行调查处理。

6.品质信息的收集、倡导、回复,品质成本的分析控制。

7.负责全员品质的推行,对各部门工作进行内部质量稽核。

8.对供应商的评估,供应商质量辅导。

任职要求:

1、必须具备英语四级以上且口语流利.

2、5年以上品质管理工作经验,熟悉塑胶/锌合金产品,有魄力能推动质量改革;

3、熟悉iso/ts16949管理体系标准,并对6 sigma有一定的认识;

4、对fmea、apqp、ppap、msa、 spc五大工具有深入了解并可熟练使用;

5、熟悉pdca、8d、5w1h、5s、七大统计分析工具等管理工具的应用;

ipqc巡检岗位职责

工作职责:

1. 负责生产线品质日常巡查,并对生产员工作业动作稽核及问题纠正,并记录巡检记录表;

2. 管控生产线员工操作、工艺参数、设计变更的执行效果;

3. 对生产过程中的半成品、成品品质问题及时向相关部门反馈,对不合格情况处理进行跟踪,并确认闭环效果;

4. 熟悉本岗位工艺流程及检验标准,巡检重点能及时发现质量问题并做相应的处理;

5.定期对巡检问题进行统计分析结果,并通报;

任职资格:

1. 正直、敬业,良好的团队合作精神,较强的应变能力和沟通能力。

2. 有品质意识,能及时发现质量问题并做相应的处理;

3. 熟练操作常规的检测仪器(游标卡尺、塞规等);

4. 熟练运用电脑及办公软件;

2、严格按照产品技术文件、建议标准和ipqc巡检规范,对公司来料、半成品、预制件、包装等工序进行质量抽检,做出质量判断。

3、做好质量抽检记录,出具报告,报品质管理部,并对有关问题监督实施,提出纠正预防措施,推行质量改进的建议,组织并主导每周ipqc质量会议。
