岗位职责:

2.协助完成项目需求分析，合理制定项目计划，提升项目管理效果;

4.跟踪项目计划的快速准确执行，反馈异常情况，并根据项目运行的实际情况对项目计划提出补充和修改建议;

任职要求:

1、电子科学与技术、微电子、通信工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历;

2、擅长ppt使用，熟练运用office办公软件、project等项目管理工具，

3、有良好的英、日语读写能力;

4、有良好的推动力和执行力，有项目管理经验优先;

5、思维敏捷、细致，责任心强，具备良好的分析、沟通协调及表达能力，有较强的团队协作意识和创新精神

key responsibilities

• acts as tst engineering process owner， manage processes synchronized with other disciplines and ensure compliance to standards and qms.

4、具备pack技术研究经验。
