mission:

to guarantee the incoming components from suppliers are good for production.

responsibilities and activities:

implement inspection according to control plan for the received components from suppliers;

finish the incoming control report and inform warehouse， supply chain and sqe about the result in time;

update erp about the acceptability of incoming batches;

judge the raw material non-conformity from incoming area， assembly， testing and packaging. handle the nonconforming parts according to procedure;

set up cmm program or revise it according to project need， methodology requirement;

coordinate with sqe and update control plan per the real quality level of components and suppliers;

propose and implement kaizen in the iqc area and procedure;

other duties assigned by supplier quality supervisor.

requirement:

university degree or above;

be careful and good ability of reporting and coordination;

self-motivated in improvement;

minimum 2 years working e_perience in inspection.

professional skills and abilities:

be familiar with office software;

be able to read english drawings and skilled in mechanical parts;

familiar with caliper， projector， micrometer， roughness/profile meter， zeiss cmm， hardness meter， and other quality instruments.
