sqe- 供应商质量工程师（电子件）

工作概要 job summary

向供应商传递客户和本公司的质量要求并帮助供应商理解和实施；实施供应商的评审和选择，负责公司生产过程中的供应商apqp工作，对供应商的交付质量进行评价、监控、反馈、考核和跟踪，及时快速处理新项目中及量产项目中供应商质量问题，保障零件顺利认可及量产零件质量。

1.对供应商的交付质量进行统计、监控、反馈和报告。

2.快速反应工厂发现的供应商质量问题并组织解决和质量改进跟踪。建立供应商质量故障数据库.

3.组织实施定期的供应商评审，并推动供应商的持续改进。

4.根据采购部门的申请，组织对新供应商实施质量审核(选择审核)。

5.负责所负责的供应商生产件的apqp/ppap的提交、跟踪、评审和批准。

6.供应商质量协议、质量目标的协商和签署，供应商索赔。

7.编制和更新进料检验作业指导书，指导进料检验员实施进料检验，审核检验报告。

8.组织实施对供应商的培训。

工作岗位及职责:

1.负责开发新工艺或新供应商，并收集资料，以及对供应商进行调查，创建供应商主档申请；

2.负责收集报价，并进行比价/议价等贸易条款的谈判，负责维护外发加工产品价格info；

3.负责po的下达，交期追踪、交收或验收、品质追踪、对账、发票校验、请款工作的跟进；

1. 在前期供货商质量(asq)工程师、项目质量主管以及uap质量工程师的支持和协助下，负责对新的外购部件进行相关的审核和回顾。只有当项目质量工程师和工厂质量部门验收货物后，批准生产件批准程序(ppap)；批准asq项目过度文件。

2. 负责收集和整理供货商的质量业绩，并向质量经理汇报。
