工作内容
每一个page的顾问都会直接负责客户及候选人的维护及沟通工作,你将有机会接触最一线的企业,最优秀的人才,从开发客户到人才搜寻全链条的岗位职责描述岗位要求工作,主要岗位职责如下:

the role of a recruitment consultant at michael page is broadly to:
_ identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment. this can be with businesses of all sizes from global multinationals down to rapidly growing sme's.
_ assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment and advise on suitable methods to ensure timely delivery.
_ significant networking to attract new candidates.
_ building relationships with candidates and clients.
_ offer consultative cv and interview advice to candidates.
_ source suitable candidates (either from the database or specific advertising campaign) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
_ manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond.

profile
minimum 1 years previous e_perience as a recruitment consultant is essential, but all candidates must be able to demonstrate strong desire to succeed and be career orientated.

2、根据业务分工,独立开展负责上海的市场销售工作;
