(一)中国大使馆和总领事馆不为中国公民办理协议离婚。当事人均同意离婚,且对财产、子女抚养等没有争议,可以在国内原婚姻登记机关办理协议离婚。

(七)收费标准和办证时间

每份文件:12英镑。
