职责描述：

成为尽职调查通讯助理，您将协助尽职调查专员开展一系列客户尽职调查工作，包括与客户沟通安排调查面谈，解答常规问题等。(银行客户背景调查，了解客户运营和交易状况，作为风控的前期工作)

通过电话及邮件联系客户，安排面谈事宜；

协助尽职调查专员管理以及维护客户面谈日程记录，对相关工作文件进行整理及存档；
