一、在餐厅主任或卫生组长的领导下进行工作,遵守中心的各项规章制度,遵守劳动纪律,不迟到、不早退。

二、严格按照中心《餐具用具清洗消毒制度》进行操作,不准简化作业程序,绝对保证餐具的干净卫生。

三、要熟悉洗碗、消毒设备的工作原理,熟练掌握使用方法,熟知物理消毒和化学消毒的知识,并能具体操作。

四、工作时必须穿戴干净的白色工作衣帽、带口罩,分拣、整理洗消后的餐具时,必须带一次性手套。
